Just released, The Alchemy of Design is a promotion packed with ideas and inspiration for everyday, shoestring budget design challenges. This book will also get you thinking outside the swatchbook. Combining three of Neenah’s popular brands — Environment, Astrobrights and Royal Sundance— this is a cool mashup of paper and ideas that transform ordinary small business projects into eye-catching branding solutions.
This double-sided, accordion fold portfolio, designed by Willoughby Design, features four sample projects, for a total of 20+ different pull-out print samples, all using a combination of paper, colors and textures to create a bigger impact.

Event announcements are projects that don’t often come with big budgets. But, they carry a heavy load. They need to introduce the brand, create excitement, and most of all drive attendance.
This event announcement uses Astrobrights Solar White/Bright White Duplex Cover, 4-color process and creative diecuts to engage recipients with a 3D image, in this case a balloon. Neenah reminds us to never underestimate the power of color; an Astrobrights Solar Yellow envelope is sure to get attention in that pile of mail.
Launching a new retail brand means finding a way to stand out amongst the competition with a seamless customer brand experience from online to in-store.
The brand tools for this home goods retailer combines four different papers, yet still feels like a cohesive and organic system. The toothy texture of Royal Sundance gives this brochure a weighty, hand crafted feel. While the hangtag system uses not one, but three papers to add impact — Environment Stone and Desert Storm, and Astrobrights Terra Green — they beautifully combine to support the natural and eclectic essence of this brand.
Here we have a save the date card with envelope, an invitation with envelope, a response card with envelope, plus a drink ticket. Whew! That’s seven individual pieces working together to brand a fundraising gala.
This fundraiser brand package makes a splash using metallic ink, silver and iridescent foils and a combination of all three brands. Astrobrights Blast-Off Blue and Lunar Blue, Royal Sundance White, and Environment Wrought Iron mix and mingle to create a sophisticated and inviting system. And did you notice that water drop drink ticket, die cut out of the save the date? Clever.
Relationships are the bread and butter for any local real estate firm. And nothing offers a sincere “thank you” and “welcome to the neighborhood” from your agent like food and wine.
This realtor’s thank you gift branding mixes the warm tones of Environment Honeycomb and Grocer Kraft, with the homey touch of Royal Sundance to properly package a lovely bottle of wine and gift cards to neighborhood eateries.
